Policy Kitchen - digital platform
Policy Kitchen is a digital platform designed to support participatory processes around complex policy challenges.
The project brings together a growing international community of innovators, experts and practitioners, enabling collaborative exploration, discussion and co-creation around policy issues across different domains. The platform supports structured participation, from early problem framing to collective sense-making and output generation.
Our work focused on designing participatory processes that are both inclusive and goal-oriented. By combining strategic process design, digital tools and facilitation practices, Policy Kitchen enables organisations to tailor participatory initiatives to their specific context, stakeholders and resources.
Beyond the platform itself, the project supports capacity building and implementation — helping teams design, run and sustain participatory policy processes that lead to meaningful outcomes, shared ownership and long-term impact.
